I bet this was terrific, Steve! Your guests and the lady you helped out are fortunate. :-)

I've noticed that potato starch is in a lot of GF passover recipes. Are there any substitutes that you know of? say cornstarch? If not, I'll try to get some at the specialty section of the big grocery in town when I can to give it a try. I know my support group members would love to help me eat it. It's wonderful that it's dairy free, too. ;-)

Thanks!

Dear Cindy by the Sea,

My brother in the Christ Ultraguy's verse of Exodus 11:6-7 stirred the Spirit. For He knew something that was to be shared. That verse of Exodus was the Lord talking first person and in the present with Moses & Aaron. Then I knew where the Spirit was leading…..to Exodus 12:21. This verse is a continuation of that conversation. For the Lord told His friend Moses to go eat the Passover Lamb.

He was saying, hurry, go get this done before my promised time to Abraham is upon us and the Night to Be Much Observed would arrive before the Lord's chosen people would be ready.

The ChristChurch event is the same. Christ is telling His Church to GET READY. Two years ago, 2008, the Lord made it known to the world, 7 years after a warning in 2001, with the feast of Trumpets shaking of the world's financial markets and simultateously letting the world and earthly church know that the “Lamb” was slain, though many of Israel didn't and don't believe.

Also, In 2008 a man named Dr. Petrus Soons of Panama demonstrated to the world what Christ illustrated on His burial clothe. The Christ illustrated HIS name on the clothe. This word is only found once in the scriptures. It is an archaic Hebrew word and only found in Exodus 12:21. It is Tsade Aleph Nun, Strong word #6628, tzon.

21 Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel and said to them, “Go and take for yourselves lambs according to your families, and slay the Passover lamb.

This word Tzon is Lamb. Christ is the Lamb of God, killed on Passover. Let one man die for the sins of the Nation said the High Priest.

Let the Church be ready. Let Christ's Church be ready. Let us prepare the Passover Lamb and eat it.

Fear Not for the Lord is with US and also with you.
The dogs will not bark, nor will the peacock crow.

He is saying this is going to happen this night. He is speaking of before dawn. But Jesus references “this night” also as “this day”. So understanding this context is very pertinent in gaining the understanding of the whole picture of what and when these proceedings did in fact take place. When it says day it does not necessarily mean it was day-light. It means that it was “during this day,” which clearly shows it was in the darkness of the night in which these events actually took place.

In moving forward we see in John ch. 19:13 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha.
14 And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King!

PREPARATION
-G3904-As if from 3903 readiness: – preparation.
From 3844 and a derivative of 4632 to furnish aside, that is, get ready: – prepare self, be (make) ready.

We see the “preparation of the passover” here. This is coming into the day of which the Jews were going to do their passover preparation which is always done the day before passover. From (6PM to 6PM) on the 14th is the day before passover, but for the most part it is from (6AM to PM). Remember the new day starts at 6PM. While also keeping in mind that Jesus already had finished His passover, and the text said in Matthew 26:19 And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the passover.

So like I pointed out early on in this study, there are definitely TWO different passovers spoken of in the text. The Jews in this case were making ready for their passover. The Jews Passover which was the wrong passover. Jesus as we know would know the true passover day, wouldn't He?

On the Hebrew calendar the new day starts at sun down. It is divided into two 12 hour parts. The first 12 hours (from 6PM to 6AM) and the second part (6AM to PM). These two together constitute a full days the 6th hour can only be one of two times, either at noon or midnight. There is NO other possibility. One more example: the third hour would either be 9 PM, or 9 AM. The 3rd hour of the night watch would be 9PM at night. As we will examine the 3rd hour later on in this study. So in John 19-14 it is speaking of the 6th hr. at night, or midnight.

This is actually a similitude of the story of the tree of good and evil in the garden. Jesus was the good– Barabbas was the evil— the chief priests and elders were the serpent—the multitude were Adam and Eve who were beguiled by the serpent priests and religious establishment. When Pilot offered the Jews Barabbas or Jesus it was done at the 6th hour, at midnight. This was done before the parasitical religiosity Jews, who persuaded the multitudes. The multitudes had to choose between good and evil.

John 18: 39
But ye have a custom, that I should release unto you one at the passover: will ye therefore that I release unto you the King of the Jews?
40 Then cried they all again, saying, Not this man, but Barabbas. Now Barabbas was a robber.

Matthew 27
26 Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.
27 Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers.
28 And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe.
29 And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!
30 And they spit upon him, and took the reed, and smote him on the head.
31 And after that they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him, and put his own raiment on him, and led him away to crucify him.

Matthew 26:
3 Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas,
4 And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtilty, and kill him.
5 But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people. :IE: the multitudes would not stand for this.

Remember; the text THREE TIMES declares that the multitudes did in fact perceive Jesus to be a prophet. All though they did not know He was the son of God, and they believed He was the son of Joseph. None the less they viewed Him as a man of God.

Matthew 14:5 And when he would have put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet.
Matthew 21:11 And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.
Matthew 21:46 But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet

The Crucificition

Luke 23-46
46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

Mark 15: 25 And it was the third hour, and they crucified him.
Mark 15: 33 And when the sixth hour was come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour.

The third hour of the day watch would be 3 hours from 6AM, which would be 9 AM. The 6th hour would be noon. The 9Thu hour would be 3 PM, for a total of 6 hours.

The book of Acts describes the 3rd hour as being in the early day time, when the apostles were accused of being drunk.

Acts 2:13
others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.
15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

Matthew 27:
45 Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour.

Luke 23-44
And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour.— This would be from Noon to 3PM.

45 And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst.
46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

The Crucifixion was 6 hours. And of course HE rose into heaven on the 7th hour. The seventh time He spoke on the cross He said: Father receive my spirit. Jesus spoke 7 times on the cross. I will list those at the end of the study.

This whole thing started some 22 hrs before his death with the passover meal at the last hour of the 14th day of which Judas had left early. This then STARTED the first hour of the beginning of passover day on the 15th day of the month. Jesus went into the garden where He was taken, then they led Him to Annas's house, then to Caiaphas house, then to Pilot, then Pilot sent Jesus to Herod, and Herod sent Him back to Pilot, where He was condemned and exchanged for Barabbas. This took 6 hours the time was midnight. All of this done in the dark of night court. Then He was scourged, mocked, on through the rest of the night. Then carrying His cross, and He was put on the cross at 9 AM. Then He was prepared for burial with several burial cloths, and layed in the tomb 3 hours later, making the total time of 24 hours.

Mark 15: 42
And now when the even was come, because it was the preparation, that is, the day before the sabbath,
43 Joseph of Arimathaea, an honourable counsellor, which also waited for the kingdom of God, came, and went in boldly unto Pilate, and craved the body of Jesus.

John 19: 31
The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.
32 Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other which was crucified with him.
33 But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs:

Luke 23: 50
And, behold, there was a man named Joseph, a counsellor; and he was a good man, and a just:
51 (The same had not consented to the counsel and deed of them;) he was of Arimathaea, a city of the Jews: who also himself waited for the kingdom of God.
52 This man went unto Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus.
53 And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid.
54 And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on. {HERE IT IS SHOWING THE WRONG SABBATH DAY. JESUS HAD THE TRUE SABBATH THE NIGHT BEFORE. OH BUT THE IRONY OF IT ALL!!!}

55 And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after, and beheld the sepulchre, and how his body was laid.
56 And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.

John:19-40
Then took they the body of Jesus, and wound it in linen clothes with the spices, as the manner of the Jews is to bury.
41 Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new sepulchre, wherein was never man yet laid.
42 There laid they Jesus therefore because of the Jews' preparation day; for the sepulchre was nigh at hand.

They asked for the bodies because they did not want to leave the bodies on the cross on the sabbath day. By the way, why the Crucifixion? There is no Crucifixion in the Laws of Moses. He was murdered by the Jews under pagan Roman Crucifixion. What do we see here the Jews the first beast of Revelation 13, and Rome which went on to be the Holy Roman Empire which is the 2nd beast of Revelation.

Notice here in Mark & John; the sabbath preparation which was supposed to be the 14th day, but the Jews were wrong in their calendar as we mentioned. Jesus was already dead at 3 PM and the Jews who were getting ready for the Jews sabbath which was off by one day. We know that Jesus kept the correct passover on the 15th day which was also the “High Sabbath” So they actually killed Jesus on the sabbath day and the feast day unknowingly. {Forgive them Father for they know NOT what they do}

The true sabbath was on the 15th day, which fell on the first day of the feast of unleavened bread which is PASSOVER. This was the day that Jesus was arrested tried, crucified, and buried, all in the same day.

Matthew 27: 62 Now the next day, that followed the day of the preparation, the chief priests and Pharisees came together unto Pilate,
63 Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three days I will rise again.
64 Command therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first.
65 Pilate said unto them, Ye have a watch: go your way, make it as sure as ye can.
66 So they went, and made the sepulchre sure, sealing the stone, and setting a watch.

Vs 64 describes the Jews sabbath day which was one day off in their tainted time line. Here the priests and Pharisees are coming together. On what day is this? It is their sabbath day, even though it is the wrong sabbath, none the less they believe it to be the Sabbath day. And what are they doing on their sabbath day? They are conspiring with Pilot to do evil. You are not supposed to do anything on the sabbath, yet alone be conspiring. WHAT HYPOCRITES ARE THESE!!!

These same hypocrites accused Jesus of healing on the sabbath day. Which turns out to be that they were accusing Jesus on what was not even the Sabbath day ta-boot. Because their entire calendar was wrong. Oh what irony!!!

The evening when they were burying Jesus these same religious Jews were now eating their passover meal. Once again what irony. Jesus was crucified on the sabbath day making HIM THE SABBATH REST FOR ETERNITY. This was an official end of the Jewish calendar which had been wrong since the Babylonian captivity.

JESUS IS NOW THE HIGH PRIEST, THE SABBATH, THE PASSOVER LAMB, THE KING OF KINGS, THE ONLY VEIL OR MEDIATOR UNTO GOD THE FATHER, HE IS ALL OF THE FEASTS, HE IS THE SON OF MAN, HE IS ABRAHAMS SEED, THE SON OF GOD THE FATHER, HE IS SITTING ON THE RIGHT HAND OF THE FATHER FOR ETERNITY.

Mark 16: 1 And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.

Matthew 28:1 In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.

“And when the sabbath was past” what day according to the Jews calender would this be? The 16th day. This was the first day after the HIGH SABBATH which they brought the first fruits unto the high priests.

But according to the true calender that Jesus kept, what day would this be? The 17th day. Jesus ate the passover on the end of the day on the 14th, then He was killed on the 15th and they put Him in the tomb at the end of the day on the 15th then according to the Jews calendar they had their Sabbath day. Now we are past the 16th day and just prior to the morning of the 17th day. The sepulchre was empty and Jesus had risen, this would have been the first day of the Jews week, but in reality it was the 2nd day of the new week making it the third day of the feast of unleavened bread “passover” Jesus rose on the third day of unleavened bread.

Once again He ate the passover meal on the evening of the 14th. He was crucified on the first day of unleavened bread the 15th.

15th-16th-17th. ON The 17 on the true calender that Jesus kept was the 3rd day of the feast of unleavened bread. He was in the grave for the full day of the 16th and when the evening of the 17 came which started the 17th day, He was still in the tomb until the morning of the 17th where he rose from the tomb. A total of 36 hours in the tomb. Jesus Christ rose on the 3rd day just as He said. It was the 3rd day of the feast of unleavened bread. As it says in 1 Corinthians we are to purge out the old leaven. 1 Corinthians: 5-7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

MATTHEW 12:8
For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.

When we enter into Jesus Christ, we enter into HIS REST. Is this not perfectly logical that Jesus took the place of the Sabbath day? ABSOLUTELY YES HE DID. HE KEPT THE SABBATH AND DIED ON THE SABBATH DAY AND HE BECAME OUR SABBATH ON THAT DAY. Like I said the only calender ordained by God himself was the Hebrew calender which was done away with when JESUS SAID; IT IS FINISHED.

Hebrews 4: 4
For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
5 And in this place again, if they shall enter into my rest.
9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.

When did Jesus Christ cease from His own works? On the sabbath, so do we also cease from our own works when we enter into Christ, and do His will and follow the LAMB wheresoever he goeth? Yes we are in eternal rest in Jesus Christ.

John 20: 18
Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the LORD, and that he had spoken these things unto her.
19 Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
20 And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the LORD.

Mark : 9-31
For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day.

Matthew: 20-19
and shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again.

1 Corinthians 15-4
and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures

So in conclusion we can see by understanding the correct passover that Jesus kept, and NOT the Jews Passover, that He did indeed rise on the 3rd day of the feast of unleavened bread.

JESUS SPOKE SEVEN TIMES ON THE CROSS

Naturally it would be SEVEN the number of rest and Holiness

(Luke 23:34)
34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And
they parted his raiment, and cast lots.

(Luke 23:43)
43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.
(John 19:26-27)
26 When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son!
27 Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that
disciple took her unto his own home.

(Mark 15:34)
34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama
sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken
me?

(John 19:28)
28 After this, Jesus knowing that (((all things))) were now accomplished, that
the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.

(John 19:30)
30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said,((( It is finished))):
and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

(Luke 23:46)
46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, (((Father, into thy
hands I commend my spirit))) and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

This same process can be found on the 6th day of creation in Gen. As God had finished all that he had created and went into rest on the 7th day. Just as Jesus finished ALL THINGS in establishing the NEW KINGDOM “It is finished” in (John 19-30).

The 7th time He spoke,, (Jesus enters into rest with the Father).

Gen ch.:1-31
And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
Gen ch 2:1
Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

The Seventh day is now the rest in eternal Sabbath in Jesus Christ.
This study that I did was done with the magnificent works of the Holy Spirit which I first learned from His righteous vessel, sister Sue Patterson who is truly gifted in the Holy Spirit.

54 And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on. {HERE IT IS SHOWING THE WRONG SABBATH DAY. JESUS HAD THE TRUE SABBATH THE NIGHT BEFORE. OH BUT THE IRONY OF IT ALL!!!}

Notice here in Mark & John; the sabbath preparation which was supposed to be the 14th day, but the Jews were wrong in their calendar as we mentioned. Jesus was already dead at 3 PM and the Jews who were getting ready for the Jews sabbath which was off by one day. We know that Jesus kept the correct passover on the 15th day which was also the “High Sabbath” So they actually killed Jesus on the sabbath day and the feast day unknowingly. {Forgive them Father for they know NOT what they do}

The Crucificition

Luke 23-46
46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

Mark 15: 25 And it was the third hour, and they crucified him.

52 This man went unto Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus.
53 And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid.
54 And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on. {HERE IT IS SHOWING THE WRONG SABBATH DAY. JESUS HAD THE TRUE SABBATH THE NIGHT BEFORE. OH BUT THE IRONY OF IT ALL!!!}

Notice here in Mark & John; the sabbath preparation which was supposed to be the 14th day, but the Jews were wrong in their calendar as we mentioned. Jesus was already dead at 3 PM and the Jews who were getting ready for the Jews sabbath which was off by one day. We know that Jesus kept the correct passover on the 15th day which was also the “High Sabbath” So they actually killed Jesus on the sabbath day and the feast day unknowingly. {Forgive them Father for they know NOT what they do}

Elaborate ritual to prepare for Passover follows strict Jewish dietary law

54 And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on. {HERE IT IS SHOWING THE WRONG SABBATH DAY. JESUS HAD THE TRUE SABBATH THE NIGHT BEFORE. OH BUT THE IRONY OF IT ALL!!!}

Notice here in Mark & John; the sabbath preparation which was supposed to be the 14th day, but the Jews were wrong in their calendar as we mentioned. Jesus was already dead at 3 PM and the Jews who were getting ready for the Jews sabbath which was off by one day. We know that Jesus kept the correct passover on the 15th day which was also the “High Sabbath” So they actually killed Jesus on the sabbath day and the feast day unknowingly. {Forgive them Father for they know NOT what they do}
